Welcome to the operational framework of BARN DEPOT SUPPLY, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. Why do we maintain such rigorous standards? Because the safety of your freight is our primary mandate. By engaging our transport or forwarding services, you're agreeing to the core principles outlined in this document.

1. Cargo Transit & Forwarding Rules

We're committed to the efficient delivery of Goods. However, customers must ensure all cargo is packaged according to international transit standards. We don't accept hazardous materials without prior written authorization and specialized documentation. It's your responsibility to provide accurate weights and dimensions to prevent transit delays.

2. Liability and Claims

While we treat every pallet like it's our own, logistics involves inherent risks. BARN DEPOT SUPPLY, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP limits liability for loss or damage based on standard industry weight-based calculations unless supplemental insurance is procured. Have you considered the value of full-coverage transit insurance? Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery receipt to be considered valid.

3. Warehousing and Storage

Our warehouses are managed with tech-driven oversight. Storage fees are calculated daily and billed monthly. We're not liable for temperature-sensitive goods unless stored in designated climate-controlled zones clearly specified in your service contract. If items remain unclaimed for over 90 days past the contract end date, we reserve the right to lien and auction the contents to cover costs.

4. Payment Terms

Standard transit terms require payment within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge. We're firm on this because it allows us to maintain the high-frequency delivery cycles our clients depend on.
